About the building and location
Queen Barbora Central lofts are located in a renovated former radio factory building. The loft building is located next to the Resurrection Church and the old Kaunas Žaliakalnis funicular. Next to the building, the stairs go down directly to Vienybas aixte, which is full of entertainment and restaurants. There you will also find the Vytautas Great War Museum, the Čiurlionis Art Museum, a few hundred meters away and the pride of Kaunas - Freedom Avenue. Zalgiris Arena is about 1.8 km away from your lofts, so you can easily reach it on foot. Bus and trolleybus stops are right next to the building. In this building, we can offer accommodation in 10 lofts for a group of 40 people in total.

Apartment rules:
• All apartments for rent are intended only for recreation and overnight stays. It is strictly forbidden to organize any kind of parties. If you are looking for an apartment for sitting or entertainment, please do not apply. The fine for organizing parties is EUR 200;
• We make a special effort to maintain cleanliness and fresh smell in the apartments. We declare and promise this to our customers. For this reason, smoking is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in the apartments. The fine for smoking is 200 EUR;
• Although we ourselves love animals very much, out of respect for our future clients who may be allergic, we prohibit the arrival of animals in the apartments;
• Customers are fully responsible for their own safety in the apartments. Customers should appreciate in advance that some apartments have mezzanines and steep stairs;
• In case of damage, please be sure to notify us and compensate the amount corresponding to the damage;
• The apartment rental price in the ads is always indicated for two persons, as a standard, each additional person staying will cost EUR 15/day (children under 3 years old are free). If you intend to stay with more people, you must notify us in advance, as we will prepare the bedding and sleeping areas accordingly. If more people stay than declared and sleep in unmade beds, a fine of EUR 50 per person;
• Payment is possible with bank cards (VISA, MAESTRO and MASTERCARD) or bank transfers, PayPal, Revolut;
• Free cancellation of reservation is possible only more than 7 days before arrival. The penalty for cancellation less than 7 days before arrival, or for no-show, is equal to the price of the first day of stay.
 

Arrival - departure:
You can arrive at the apartments (check-in) from 3 p.m. until 10 p.m., and check-out until 11 a.m. days For other arrival/departure times, please consult in advance;
The doors of all apartments are equipped with "smart locks" that will only be unlocked by your telephone number, which you have given us in advance. Your phone will be the key to your apartment, so make sure it is constantly charged. You will not have to worry about picking up/handing over the keys and upon arrival, you will be able to enter the apartment immediately and leave smoothly in the morning.

"How to find the building and parking lot"
The most convenient way to find the building is to drive along Savanorių Avenue towards the Center and the Old Town. When you arrive at the intersection of Žemaičių Street and Savanorių Avenue, you will see the RadioCity loft building on the left, where we are located. Savanoriu PR. and the streets around the building offer free parking every day from 20:00 to 08:00. From 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., an hour of parking on Savanorių avenue (Blue zone) costs 0.6 EUR. You can temporarily park in the courtyard of our institution for free until the courtyard is repaired.
